Description
We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Group FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner (German Speaking). The role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton & comes with good office flexibility.
Your Role:
- Define Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) standards for the Group.
- Support the setting of global controlling standards & establish & further develop controlling abroad.
- Hold responsibility for the financial reporting of the areas served & ensuring that overarching financial requirements & standards are met.
- Understand, translate & drive concerns & complex issues as a link between the business area & finance.
- Define & implement standard reports & KPI's as a meaningful basis for decision-making & management tools for a Leadership Team, Executive Board & Board of Directors.
- Support the development of FP&A structures in foreign production sites.
- Analyze topline/revenue, margins, costs & other components of the business area income statements.
- Support & advise the business area in the development of consistent & resilient financial plans (budget, sales / turnover / cost & investment planning).
- Comprehensively support of international major customer projections (quotation calculation, performance monitoring).
- Standardize, develop & analyze business cases.
- Increase & develop financial literacy business area.
- Implement ad-hoc analysis for the assessment of financial situations & derive & implement recommendations.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Controlling Environments, including experience in International & Industrial / Manufacturing companies.
- Strong flair for numbers & experienced in Analytics
- A high affinity for IT & experienced with ERP Systems (preferably including SAP FI/CO/PS).
- Ideally experienced as a Finance Business Partner.
Your Profile:
- Completed relevant University Degree with focus on Finance & Controlling (or similar).
- Dynamic, open-minded, confident, organized, analytical & highly performance-oriented.
- A team-player with strong communication skills.
- Fluent English & business proficient German language skills (to at least B2 level) are a mandatory requirements.
