Description

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an IT Support Specialist (German Speaking). The role is permanent position based in Aargau Canton.

 

Your role:

 

  • Act as a first point of contact for questions or problems from system users.
  • Analyse, resolve & coordinate telephone & written support requests & document & track reported cases in a ticket system in order to achieve quick & effective resolutions.
  • Ensure that system users are informed about faults & operational messages.
  • Educate system users regarding the appropriate use of the IT infrastructure.
  • Contribute to ensuring smooth operations

 

Your Skills:

 

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in 1st Level IT Support.
  • Skilled & experienced with ticketing tools.
  • A good knowledge of ITIL.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Completed Education / University Degree in the areas of IT / Computer Science (or similar).
  • Highly quality, service & customer-oriented.
  • Ready to provide on-call service when required.
  • Fluent in German & English to at least C1 level (spoken & written) are mandatory requirements (please do not apply otherwise), Swiss-German language skills are considered a plus.
