System Application Specialist (German Speaking) - SEM59619

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an System Application Specialist with focus on measurement data management. The role is permanent position based in Luzern Canton & comes with good home office allowance.

Your role:

• Assume system & process responsibility for specialist applications in the field of smart meters & measurement data management.
• Design & map complex measurement constructs in systems & analyse obtained data obtained.
• Collaborate with an IT team to ensure measurement data management & data quality for downstream systems.
• Continuously optimize existing processes & contribute to the further development of the systems.
• Partake in innovation projects & drive them forward from a measurement data management perspective.

Your Skills:

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Well-founded IT skills.
• Experienced in using Technical Applications.
• Ideally experienced in the Energy Industry.
• Any experience in Smart Meters, Measurement Systems or Systems that Manage Data is considered a plus.

Your Profile:

• Completed University Degree in the area of Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Analytical & in possession of a quick comprehension & flair for numbers.
• Communicative, self-motivated, a team-player & both customer & quality-oriented.
• Fluent in German to at least C1 level (spoken & written) is a mandatory requirement & ideally able to understand Swiss German.
